Este artículo 'Representaciones Sociales Frente Al Aprendizaje Del Inglés' presenta los resultados obtenidos de la investigación que hace parte del macro proyecto 'Alternativas Didácticas' y expone los pensamientos que tienen los estudiantes del grado décimo de la Institución Educativa San Carlos del municipio de El Tambo, departamento del Cauca, referente al aprendizaje de una segunda lengua como es el ingles y sus implicaciones en los espacios donde interactúan los estudiantes. Las conclusiones de este trabajo investigativo evidencian la necesidad de transformar las políticas educativas relacionadas con el bilingüismo y replantean la praxis del docente como agente facilitador de herramientas académicas y sociales que contribuyan a mejorar la calidad de vida de los estudiantes y de su entorno social.
