Cette étude est basée sur la comptabilité par activités (ABC) et le système de comptabilité par ordre de service, dans le but de fournir des informations qui contribuent au processus de gestion et aident les administrateurs à identifier les étapes des services, ainsi que celles qui demandent le plus de temps et, par conséquent, de coûts au cours de la prestation de ces services. L’étude de cas de l’entreprise Automóveis S/A a permis de mettre en évidence toutes les étapes de la préparation de chaque service, ainsi que d’identifier les bases ou les critères de répartition du coût de chaque service.
