Este relatório sintetiza as ações realizadas para a confecção dos produtos apresentados para a obtenção do grau de Mestre pelo Programa de Pós-Graduação em Propriedade Intelectual e Transferência de Tecnologia para a Inovação (PROFNIT), bem como os expõe na íntegra. Foram entregues quatro produtos ao fim do curso: Artigo, Minuta de Regimento da Comissão, Aplicativo R-software e Relatório Final. Ele apresenta uma justificativa para a elaboração do aplicativo R-Software como ferramenta de apoio para a Comissão de Inovação, Tecnologia e Propriedade Intelectual (CITPI) a ser implantada pelo Centro de Gestão e Tecnologia da Informação do Estado do Amapá (PRODAP), assim como seu ambiente de programação. Já no artigo é possível verificar as análises dos dados sobre depósitos de programas de computador obtidos no sítio eletrônico do Instituto Nacional da Propriedade Intelectual (INPI). Esses dados são importantes para compreender a necessidade da criação da CITPI no PRODAP. 10
