Niniejsze badania mają na celu opracowanie skutecznej skali oceny pracowników, która pozwoli ocenić ich podejście do pracy jako czynnik prognostyczny przyszłych wyników w pracy. Po przeprowadzeniu analizy czynnikowej 41 pozycji, do ostatecznej skali zachowano 40 pozycji. Stwierdzono, że skala charakteryzuje się rzetelnością Cronbacha alfa. Wyniki pokazują również, że skala ta ma znaczącą siłę równoległej trafności. Skala przedstawia również znaczącą różnicę między zadowalającą a niezadowalającą wydajnością pracowników. Skala skuteczności pracowników ma znaczące zalety psychometryczne. Skala ta powinna być stosowana w metodach selekcji pracowników oraz w celu poprawy efektywności procedur selekcyjnych w sektorze publicznym i prywatnym.
