Public exasperation with Congress, the Presidency, and the Supreme Court has intensified, attributable in large part to the application of an 18th Century Constitution to a 21st Century society. The time has come to trade the United States Constitution in for a new model. The core of the Constitution is 235 years old, and 19 of its 27 Amendments are over 100 years old. The last significant Amendment was ratified over 50 years ago.
