This research aims to recover from epicondylitis through physical agents such as thermotherapy, TENS and intervention plan through activities. The design of this research is descriptive and cross-sectional, since it reveals the reality of epicondylitis and its incidence in the workplace and household chores. Epicondylitis is a common pathology suffered by adults or athletes who performed repetitive movements, both at work and in sports. It is a pathology that degenerates the tendon. 90% of people have improvement with conservative treatment, and in some cases very serious, their recovery is surgical.
