Le livre traite de l’amélioration de la productivité d’une organisation par l’adoption d’une stratégie d’automatisation dans sa fonction de manutention. L’étude a été réalisée dans une entreprise qui fabrique des tiges d’aspiration destinées à une large consommation et utilisation. L’entreprise a mis en place un plan de fabrication de tiges d’aspiration. L’amélioration de l’agencement est développée dans le but d’éliminer les lacunes de la fonction de manutention de l’agencement existant. C’est dans le but d’étudier les tâches de manutention entreprises sur les sites que la présente étude a été menée. L’objectif est de comparer les activités de manutention sur les deux sites et d’en faire une analyse comparative. Cela aiderait un nouveau praticien à obtenir de nouvelles idées pour améliorer les implantations.
