La législation brésilienne établit l’égalité des droits pour tous les citoyens, afin de garantir l’accès à tous les lieux, voies publiques et moyens de transport, et l’éducation inclusive comme un droit pour les individus, depuis le début de la scolarité jusqu’à l’obtention d’un diplôme et la préparation au travail. À ce stade, l’inclusion au travail apparaît comme le sujet de cette recherche, en raison de son importance croissante dans le contexte social et commercial, dans le but de garantir des conditions égales pour les personnes sur le marché du travail. L’inclusion au travail peut garantir les moyens de subsistance et l’épanouissement personnel et professionnel des personnes handicapées, en leur permettant d’exercer pleinement leur citoyenneté et d’utiliser leurs aptitudes et leurs compétences pour améliorer les environnements de travail dans lesquels elles se trouvent. Le problème de recherche consiste à découvrir comment le recrutement et la sélection des personnes handicapées dans les entreprises de la région métropolitaine de Rio Grande do Sul caractérisent la présence humanisée de l’inclusion au travail, et l’objectif général de l’étude est d’analyser le recrutement et la sélection des personnes handicapées dans les entreprises de la région métropolitaine de Rio Grande do Sul en termes de présence de l’humanisation dans l’inclusion au travail.
