In den Geschäftsbanken erfolgt die Rechnungslegung bei Wertpapiergeschäften in Übereinstimmung mit den gesetzlichen Vorschriften und lokalen Regelungen, aber der komplexe Dokumentenfluss kann zu einer Verlangsamung solcher Geschäfte führen, was eine Reihe negativer Folgen nach sich zieht. In der Monographie werden theoretische und methodische Aspekte der Buchführung und Prüfung von Geschäften mit Wertpapieren, die von einer Bank ausgegeben werden, aufgezeigt. Es werden Vorschläge zur Verbesserung der Organisation der Wertpapierbuchhaltung in einer Bank und zur Steigerung der Effizienz des internen Kontrollsystems für Wertpapiergeschäfte entwickelt.
