Foi desenvolvido um método simples, sensível e pouco dispendioso utilizando a dispersão em fase sólida da matriz (MSPD), juntamente com um método de cromatografia líquida de alta resolução para a determinação de resíduos de fungicidas estrobilurina (Azoxistrobina, Picoxistrobina, Piraclostrobina e Trifloxistrobina) em tomates. Os parâmetros avaliados incluíram o tipo e a quantidade de adsorvente (sílica gel, C18 e Florisil) e a natureza do eluente (acetato de etilo, diclorometano e acetonitrilo), tendo os melhores resultados sido obtidos utilizando 1. O método foi validado utilizando amostras de tomate impregnadas com fungicidas em diferentes níveis de concentração (0,05 e 0,5 µg/mL). As recuperações médias (utilizando seis réplicas de cada concentração) variaram entre 90-97%, com desvios-padrão relativos inferiores a 3%, a concentração das soluções de calibração na gama de 0,01-2,0 mg/L e os limites de deteção (LD) e de quantificação (LOQ) foram de 0,01 mg/L e 0,05 mg/L, respetivamente.
