Live-Online-Trainings sind seit dem Beginn der Covid-19-Pandemie im Frühjahr 2020 in aller Munde. Sowohl Weiterbildungsverantwortliche als auch Trainerinnen und Trainer waren gezwungen, dieses Trainingsformat anzubieten, teils gegen die eigene Überzeugung. Wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse dazu, wie der Lerntransfer in Online-Formaten gelingen kann, gibt es jedoch bisher nur wenige. Lena Schneider hat Interviews mit 15 Trainerinnen, Trainern sowie Weiterbildungsverantwortlichen geführt. Kombiniert mit den Ergebnissen einer Literaturrecherche entwickelt sie einen Leitfaden zur Qualitätssicherung nachhaltiger Live-Online-Trainings. Dieser soll Trainer und Weiterbildungsverantwortliche unterstützen, den Lerntransfer bei diesem Format sicherzustellen. Die Aussagen der Befragten zeigen, dass dieses junge Format mehr als ein „Plan B in Zeiten von Kontaktbeschränkungen' ist, sondern eine Chance für Trainerinnen, Trainer und Weiterbildungsverantwortliche, um Lernprozesse effektiv zu gestalten und die Nachhaltigkeit von Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen zu fördern
