​Die Publikation zeigt u.a. auf Basis zahlreicher ökonomischer Fakten auf, dass das Thema psychische Gesundheit in der Arbeitswelt von solcher Relevanz für Gesellschaft und Unternehmen ist, dass es in der Berichterstattung der Unternehmen nicht mehr ignoriert werden kann. Dennoch ist das Thema Burnout trotz eines stetig wachsenden Drucks der Medien nach wie vor weitgehend ein Tabuthema für Unternehmen. Dies hängt nicht zuletzt damit zusammen, dass bestehende Reporting-Standards und Berichtspflichten das Thema psychische Gesundheit nur teilweise berücksichtigen und allesamt keine Ausführungsbestimmungen, i.e. praktische Hinweise für die Integration in die Berichterstattung geben. Hier leistet die Publikation einen wesentlichen Beitrag - auf Basis einer umfassenden Analyse bestehender Berichtspflichten und Standards sowie der Berichterstattung der DAX 30 wird ein Leitfaden erstellt, der mit Best Practice-Beispielen arbeitet und Unternehmen und Organisationen aufzeigt, welche Inhalte relevant sind und wie hierüber bestmöglich berichtet werden kann.
