Diplomarbeit aus dem Jahr 2010 im Fachbereich BWL - Personal und Organisation, Note: 1,3, Universität Leipzig, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: „0,5 x 2 x 3, d.h. die Hälfte der Mitarbeiter verdient doppelt so viel und muss dafür dreimal so viel leisten wie früher.' Mit dieser Arbeit werden kurz- und langfristige Folgen psychisch suboptimaler Belastung dargestellt sowie die Ursachen und Wirkungen gegenüber dem Arbeitnehmer und auf das Unternehmen aufgezeigt. Anschließend werden Maßnahmen des betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagements beschrieben und bewertet, um identifizierte Probleme zu reduzieren. Diese Maßnahmen konzentrieren sich vor allem auf die Reduktion und Vermeidung psychisch suboptimaler Belastung und Krankheiten sowie die Förderung der Zufriedenheit des Arbeitnehmers und seiner Bindung an das Unternehmen. Im Fokus dieser Arbeit steht dabei die Analyse und Beantwortung folgender Fragestellungen: • Welche Belastungsfaktoren herrschen in Arbeitsbeziehungen aktuell vor? • Welche Zustände resultieren aus psychisch temporär und psychisch chronisch suboptimaler Belastung? • Welchen monetären Schaden verursachen psychische Krankheiten? • Mit welchen theoretischen Ansätzen lassen sich identifizierte Probleme wissenschaftlich fundiert erklären und Lösungsansätze erkennen? • Was kann bzw. sollte die Personalabteilung eines Unternehmens zur Minimierung bzw. Prävention in Hinblick auf psychisch suboptimale Belastung tun? • Welche Kosten-Nutzen-Relationen resultieren aus diesen Maßnahmen? • Welche Empfehlungen bzw. Hinweise können den Unternehmen in Hinsicht der in der Arbeit behandelten Probleme und Lösungswege gegeben werden? Die Schlussbemerkung gibt mit einer zusammenfassenden Reflektion der Arbeit wesentliche Handlungsempfehlungen für die wirtschaftliche und unternehmerische Praxis zur Einführung und Optimierung verhaltens- und verhältnispräventiver Maßnahmen.
