Inoltre, si analizzerà la situazione attuale del sistema carcerario brasiliano, evidenziandone i difetti e l’inefficacia nel punire gli psicopatici, oltre a studiare una possibile soluzione più efficace per punire gli psicopatici all’interno del sistema legale.
