Praca ta została napisana w ramach studiów magisterskich „Master of Education' na Wydziale Stosowanych Nauk Pedagogicznych jako praca dyplomowa w 2018 roku i porusza aktualny i kontrowersyjny temat, z którym nauczyciele mają do czynienia w swojej codziennej pracy. Oprócz silnego celu zawodowego, praca ta wynika również z mojego prywatnego zainteresowania, ponieważ sam mam doświadczenie migracyjne. Własne doświadczenia szkolne oraz obserwacje i doświadczenia zdobyte podczas praktyk pokazały, że żadna szkoła nie jest wolna od przemocy, a interwencja i zapobieganie przemocy należą do zadań nauczyciela. Przedstawianie przemocy w mediach i rzeczywiste przypadki przemocy w szkołach podstawowych wykazują duże rozbieżności, dlatego postanowiłem zapytać nauczycieli o ich doświadczenia i postawy. Silny wzrost imigracji w ostatnich latach stawia szkoły w Niemczech przed nowymi wyzwaniami. Niniejsza praca ma na celu pokazanie, jak są one postrzegane przez nauczycieli i jak radzą sobie z nimi na co dzień.
