La saldatura è il metodo più conveniente per unire due materiali simili o dissimili. Oggigiorno la qualità del prodotto e la precisione del lavoro sono fattori necessari per la produzione. Pertanto, per aumentare la produzione di prodotti di saldatura e la qualità, è necessaria l’automazione. La progettazione di un dispositivo di mantenimento del lavoro sarà effettuata per la saldatura di maniglie cilindriche in acciaio inossidabile mediante saldatura TIG, per ottenere una precisione accurata della parte saldata e per aumentare la produttività. Lo sviluppo di questo tipo di SPM richiede un approccio ingegneristico. Per progettare questa macchina speciale abbiamo realizzato un progetto con il software Solidworks. Sono previste tre fasi di animazione dell’analisi del movimento, del movimento di base e dell’analisi della forza. Se completiamo il progetto, la qualità della saldatura aumenterà. La produzione di maniglie SS aumenterà.
