Jolanda Vogler zeigt typische Entscheidungsmuster von Sportlehrpersonen in kritischen Situationen des Sportunterrichts auf. Das Augenmerk liegt dabei auf dem kontextbezogenen und situativ-improvisierenden Wissen in Entscheidungssituationen im Alltag des Unterrichtens. Ein Schwerpunkt ist die Klärung von Begriffen der Professionalisierung und der Wissensarten, welche Lehrpersonen in ihren Entscheidungen beeinflussen. Der Darstellung des fachdidaktischen Wissens (pedagogical content knowledge; kurz PCK), spezifisch für den Sportunterricht, kommt dabei eine besondere Bedeutung zu. In der Auswertung der qualitativen Daten konnten insgesamt fünf Entscheidungsmuster von Sportlehrpersonen identifiziert werden.
