Inhaltsangabe:Zusammenfassung: Produktionsplanung und -steuerung wird nach Projektgesichtspunkten beschrieben. Anhand der Organisationsform der Baustellenproduktion wird die Ausgestaltung der Planung und Steuerung verdeutlicht. Wichtige Verfahren der visuellen Ausgestaltung, wie z.B. die Netzplantechnik, werden im Hinblick auf die Themenstellung näher vorgestellt. Es wird der Einsatz und die Funktionsweise projektbezogener Software dargestellt. Schwächen von PPS-Systemen sowohl allgemeiner wie anlagenbauspezifischer Art wird nachgegangen. Die Forderung für die sinnvolle Gestaltung eines PPS-Systems im Anlagenbau wird postuliert. Anhand der Bereiche Anlagenmontage und Anlageninbetriebsetzung werden zwei bedeutende Bereiche herausgegriffen, die ein besonderes Rationalisierungspotential der Planung und Steuerung bieten. Ein Modell zur Kapazitätsplanung wird vorgestellt.
