Le travail présenté dans ce livre vise à synthétiser un dérivé du carbazol (un médicament utilisé pour les patients atteints de cancer) par deux méthodes différentes, puis à évaluer leur activité antimicrobienne et à estimer les polluants générés par le processus pharmaceutique. Les résultats ont montré que la méthodologie adoptée pour sa production était assez économique et respectueuse de l’environnement. Comme elle conduit au développement durable, elle est également bénéfique pour l’environnement.
