This book has been written to give anyone wanting to enjoy blue crabs with family and friends a step-by-step instruction guide to a very exciting family meal and celebration. I have been blessed to be surrounded by family members living in the Greater Hampton Roads Virginia and Northeastern Maryland regions of the United States. These family members have passed down from generation to generation the popular steps in preparing blue crabs for large groups of family and friends. While being in the military for over twenty years, I was also blessed to be stationed close to the Gulf of Mexico areas of Alabama and Florida, where I found out that the love for blue crabs at family gatherings and friendly festivals were in full effect just as it was in the Virginia and Maryland areas. Many of my family members come together on special occasions and enjoy blue crabs cooked with other ingredients that make up a country boil. This book will give you all of the instructions that you will need to put on the best blue crab event that you can ever imagine.
