This is a book of prayers, poems, photographs, and walks through memory lanewere inspired by God’s many gifts and His creation of this beautiful earth. There are gifts and miracles all around us. We just need to open our eyesand see all that God has blessed us with. So as we wander through this lifelearning how to love each other and God more, we must also realize prayer isneeded for more than our wish list. For every prayer is a celebration of God’smiraculous love for us.Sometimes prayers are all we need to be reminded of how good God is, and howblessed we are to go through the challenges of life, coming out the otherside. The book is just a small reminder of the fact that God can and doesstill deliver His People and we’re not alone.I have seen God do incredible things. There’s never a doubt that Godprotects, provides, and blesses. God is present from the feelings of Hisgentle kisses in the wind to embracing His smile in the fullest of theshining sun and the blessing of your children. True wanderers serve Godwhere they are. This book was written to encourage other wanderers to praiseGod in every situation.Sybil E. Davis-Highdale was born in Florida and raised interdenominational.Faith has always been a part of her life. It takes faith in God to live thetestimony she has. From watching her first murder at age eight, seeing hermother beaten, and sleeping with a knife every night the years waiting forthe night she’d kill her step-fater, dealing with abuses, death, racialhate, learning challenges, abandonment issues, and being raped to finallylearning to receive and give forgiveness through Jesus Christ. If it wasn’tfor the prayers and examples of the righteous through-out all the tears...No one seeing Sybil at school or church would’ve ever guessed what Sybil wasreally going through in her life or heart. Even today, if she doesn’t sharea part of her testimony with you, you’d never guess why she is so sure ofwho GOD is. Sybil knows what it means to be sold-out for God and what truefreedom really is. God has proven time and time again that He does deliverHis Children and frees us from ALL bondage if we’d only let Him.Sybil is a USAF Veteran, a Wife, a Mother, a Grandmother, martial artist, anEvangelist, but first and foremost she’s a Child of God. Sybil knew sinceearly childhood she was called to be a Missionary. The co-founder of theLost Sheep Cavalry Motorcycle Ministry and founder of Overcomers TaekwondoClub, and the Ride or Die Chicks 4 Christ this wanderer’s story is stillunfolding. There is much to be done, and every talent we’re given is neededin God’s Service.I know the value of Prayer Warriors in my life. Become a prayer warriorwilling to stand in the gap for someone else. I am only alive today becausethere were saints willing to stand in the gap for me before I really knewGod, though I’ve always been in church. Be the one who loves others enoughto not only pray of others but to stand in the midst or trials focused onGod, giving praise and doing it all while loving people even when they’rethe exact ones the enemy is using to hurt you. Understand some you have tolove from a distance, but yet still love them. I was blessed to see womenlike my grandmother and mother going through hard things with a praise andstrength that encouraged me to know what it meant by God’s strength in ourweaknesses. I learned faith during the struggles and waiting on God when I’drather take matters into my own hands. I thank God for the prayer warriorsin my life.Pray often because you don’t know what you don’t know when it comes to thesmiling people in your surroundings. No one knows my full testimony but God.
