Quatre femmes entrepreneurs russes, à Saint-Pétersbourg et à Graz, livrent, à travers des entretiens qualitatifs, un aperçu intéressant de leur vie privée et professionnelle. La question de recherche porte sur le contexte et les circonstances de la création d’entreprise ainsi que sur le quotidien dans un monde concurrentiel traditionnellement perçu comme masculin. Les résultats indiquent que l’environnement et l’éducation peuvent façonner une identité qui permet soit d’être épanoui en tant qu’entrepreneur, soit de ne pas l’être. Ce sont surtout les retours positifs en matière d’autonomie, de liberté et de confiance en soi qui peuvent transformer la charge que représentent la carrière et la famille en une double satisfaction des besoins.
