Es wird empirisch überprüft, wie sich die bislang Inaktiven von jenen unterscheiden, die zu Online-Partizipation motiviert sind. Die Ergebnisse zeigen einerseits eine generelle Aufgeschlossenheit gegenüber elektronischer politischer Beteiligung, andererseits liegen nach wie vor soziale und geschlechterspezifische Unterschiede vor.
