Le Università italiane sono spesso localizzate in aree territoriali a bassa accessibilità trasportistica per le quali spesso risultano insufficienti i servizi di trasporto collettivo per gli studenti. A partire da questa considerazione nasce il progetto di mobilità VerySoon dell’Università della Campania 'Luigi Vanvitelli' finalizzato a migliorare l’offerta di trasporto per gli studenti, incentivando l’utilizzo di modalità di trasporto sostenibili come la 'mobilità dolce' ed il carpooling. Lo strumento sviluppato per perseguire queste finalità è stato un sistema integrato di servizi di trasporto gratuiti e fruibili tramite un’unica piattaforma dedicata ed esclusiva (App per smartphone e sito web dedicato). Il presente testo ripercorre tutte le fasi del progetto VerySoon dalla sua ideazione sino al monitoraggio ex-post. Al lettore viene proposta un nuovo processo di pianificazione basato sull’uso congiunto di metodi quantitativi, dello stakeholder engagement e delle buone pratiche della 'teoria del nudge'.
