I piani d’azione che abbiamo analizzato come politica criminale attuano un approccio multidisciplinare e preventivo, agendo sulle cause profonde della criminalità organizzata. Tuttavia, riteniamo che debbano essere incluse delle linee guida che richiedano anche la prevenzione del crimine in tutte le politiche e i programmi sociali ed economici, tra cui l’occupazione, l’istruzione, la salute, l’alloggio, la povertà, l’emarginazione e l’esclusione sociale. Siamo convinti che la lotta alla tratta di esseri umani richieda il coinvolgimento di un’ampia gamma di istituzioni locali, nazionali e internazionali, statali e non.
