Proponujemy cztery fazy „dojrzewanie, rozpoznawanie, podejmowanie decyzji i wykonanie', w naszym podejściu kognitywnym do wnioskowania o funkcjach ISR, zilustrowane schematami blokowymi i analizą opisową kierowaną podejściem obliczeniowym. Ponadto ogólny kompleksowy model schematu blokowego dla ISR jako holistycznego systemu.
