Inhaltsangabe:Einleitung: Die Neukonzeption des Investitionsbereiches des Unternehmens XYZ von der Planung der Investitionsvorhaben, der Budget- und Liquiditätsplanung, über die Erstellung der Investitionsanträge bis zur Bestellung der einzelnen Investitionsgüter, bildete den Ausgangspunkt der Arbeit. Im Ergebnis dieser Überlegungen entstand das Investtool. Alle Investitionsvorhaben können mit den notwendigen Bearbeitungsschritten über dieses System abgewickelt werden. Die, während der Analyse des Investitionsbereiches, festgestellten Schwachstellen (z.B. unzureichende Investitionsanträge) konnten durch das Investtool weitestgehend beseitigt werden. Die Umsetzung verschiedener Vorschläge (z.B. Statusanzeige) ermöglichten die weitere Verbesserung des Investitionsablaufes im Unternehmen. Das Investtool unterstützt zudem ein wirkungsvolles Investitionscontrolling. Das Konzept eines integrierten Anwendungssystems erlaubt die zielgerichtete Steuerung und Kontrolle der Investitionsvorgänge durch das Controlling. Damit wurde die Grundlage geschaffen, möglichen Fehlentwicklungen im Investitionsbereich aktiv entgegenzuwirken. Schließlich gelang auch der Aufbau eines Informationssystems über das gesamte Investitionsgeschehen. Mit Hilfe des Investtool werden alle relevanten Vorgänge erfasst und können zielgerichtet abgerufen werden.
