As American foreign policy and military assetmanagement expand beyond the so-called 'Drug War' inColombia, Professor Luz Nagle analyzes that country’sproblems and makes recommendations regarding what itwill take to achieve stated U.S. and Colombian objectives inthat crisis situation. She also examines the concomitantissue of 'spillover' from the Colombian crisis into the rest ofthe Latin American region.
