Questo studio presenta lo sviluppo della Pianificazione Strategica delle Risorse Umane in un’organizzazione, come strumento per misurare le sue prestazioni nel mercato attuale e le sue prospettive, oltre che per contribuire al raggiungimento degli obiettivi organizzativi. Per fornire un maggiore supporto alla ricerca, i contenuti includono la struttura e il profilo organizzativo dell’azienda, nonché lo stile di gestione, il clima e la cultura organizzativa, le pratiche di gestione delle persone dell’organizzazione, oltre a un’analisi del macroambiente e del microambiente in funzione delle prestazioni dell’azienda. La ricerca affronta l’implementazione delle strategie per le risorse umane: la Balanced Scorecard come strumento di gestione, che definisce i fattori esistenziali presenti nell’azienda, gli indicatori di performance, strategicamente focalizzati sulle prospettive di finanza, clienti, processi interni e crescita. Si considera inoltre l’importanza che questo argomento può produrre e aggiungere conoscenza al lettore per guidarlo ad approfondire l’argomento con l’obiettivo di presentare nuovi elementi che contribuiscono allo sviluppo della pianificazione strategica delle risorse umane in un’organizzazione.
