Inhaltsangabe:Gang der Untersuchung: Die Vorliegende Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit den Perspektiven, Chancen und Risiken des deutsch-tschechischen Außenhandels. Aufgrund der Entwicklung des Landes seit der Revolution in 1989 wird die ausländische Investitionstätigkeit besonders in Form des Joint Ventures dargestellt. Nach der allgemeinen Beschreibung des Landes und der Infrastruktur im zweiten Kapitel, werden im dritten die Rahmenbedingungen für die Unternehmerische Tätigkeit dargestellt. Im Einzelnen werden die durchlaufene politische und wirtschaftliche Transformation, der Privatisierungsprozeß, sowie die Liberalisierung des Rechtssystems aufgeführt und zusätzlich um Kritikpunkte zu der Privatisierung ergänzt. Die Voraussetzungen, Bedingungen, sowie Möglichkeiten und Hauptmotive für die ausländische Investitionstätigkeit in der Tschechischen Republik sind Thema des vierten Kapitels. Der darauffolgende fünfte Kapitel behandelt gesondert den Joint Venture als eine Form der Direktinvestition, seine Vor- und Nachteile, bisherige Entwicklung und Bedeutung für die Zukunft. Im sechsten und letzten Kapitel werde ich die Ergebnisse zusammenfassen und die wesentlichen Schlußfolgerungen ziehen. Anhand der erarbeiteten Erkenntnisse sollen die Perspektiven, Chancen, und Risiken für deutsche Investoren in der Tschechischen Republik angezeigt werden.
