Inhaltsangabe:Einleitung: Die Diplomarbeit zum Thema 'Personalvermögen und Unternehmenserfolg: Gegenüberstellung der Ergebnisse statistisch-empirischer Untersuchungen' beleuchtet den Einfluss personeller Ressourcen auf den Erfolg von Unternehmen am Beispiel ausgewählter statistisch-empirischer Untersuchungen. Sie beschäftigt sich vor dem theoretischen Hintergrund der 'Ressourcenorientierten Sichtweise' der Strategischen Unternehmensführung insbesondere mit der Messbarkeit der Rückflüsse von Investitionen in das Humankapital eines Unternehmens. Im Verlauf einer Gegenüberstellung der vorliegenden Untersuchungsergebnisse werden die Auswirkungen auf den Unternehmenserfolg kritisch hinterfragt. Die Funktion des 'Human Resource Management' als ein möglicher Vermittler zwischen dem Personalvermögen und dem Erfolg von Unternehmen bildet dabei den Fokus der Betrachtung. Eine derartige spezielle Betrachtung der Verbindung zwischen Personalvermögen und Unternehmenserfolg und eine Gegenüberstellung der relevanten Ergebnisse exemplarischer statistisch-empirischer Studien erfolgte bisher noch nicht, so dass damit eine Lücke geschlossen werden kann.
