Inhaltsangabe:Einleitung: Der Mensch in der heutigen Arbeitswelt. Schlagworte wie Mobbing, Überstunden, Burnout-Syndrom u.Ä. sind längst zur Realität geworden. Dagegen stehen Worte wie Selbstverwirklichung, Human Resources Management, Sabbatical u.Ä. hinter denen sich interessante Möglichkeiten für den Menschen verbergen. Doch reicht es nicht alleine, nur Konzepte zur Vermeidung des Einen und zur Ermöglichung des Anderen zu entwickeln. Diese müssen auch umgesetzt und vor allem gelebt werden. Zuerst müssen sie gewollt werden. Unternehmen erkennen mehr und mehr, dass der Mensch die wichtigste Ressource im Unternehmen ist. Diese gilt es demnach gut zu behandeln, damit aus ihr erfolgreich und immer wieder „gesch(r)öpft“ werden kann. Hierfür gibt es unterschiedliche Wege und Möglichkeiten, um für alle Beteiligten Zufriedenheit zu erlangen. Die vorliegende Arbeit wird einige Wege und Mittel zur Erreichung dieser Zufriedenheit aufzeigen. Sie hat die Absicht, so realitätsnah wie möglich zu sein, analoge (Bilder) mit digitalen (Wörter) Informationen zu verbinden und die handlungsleitende Grundfrage: „Funktioniert Personalentwicklung mithilfe sozialpädagogischer Intervention?“ zu beantworten. Auch möchte ich anmerken, dass die vorliegende Arbeit nicht für den Bücherschrank geschrieben wurde, sondern entweder komplett oder in Auszügen – z.B. als Konzept zum „Leben“– veröffentlicht wird. Gang der Untersuchung: In Kapitel 2 treten zum ersten Mal meine Ideen und Praxiserfahrungen als kurzer Bericht über die Art und Weise meiner Materialsammlung in Erscheinung. Dies ist die erste Türe links hinter mir. Kapitel 3 beschäftigt sich mit den Begriffsbestimmungen der zwei „Protagonisten“ meiner Arbeit: die Sozialpädagogik und die Personalentwicklung. Die zweite Tür von links hinter mir. In Kapitel 4 erläutere ich die Sozialpädagogik – unter dem Gesamtbegriff „Soziale Arbeit“ – in der Wirtschaft damals und heute.
