Subjective factors are related to the individual himself, his intelligence, learning ability, aptitude, self-concept, perception of school, study habits and level of aspiration; Objective factors lie with in the environment, socio-economic status, family traits, education system, system of evaluation school situation, type of the school, number of students in the class etc. Personality factors are related to the individuals’ adjustment with the school environment, his attitude towards the subject, attitude towards the teachers, adjustment with his peers and emotional adjustment.
