Este estudio explora la percepción de la relación entre la calidad de vida laboral del personal administrativo en una institución de nivel superior y el cumplimiento eficiente de sus funciones. A través de un enfoque diagnóstico, se busca identificar cómo factores como el ambiente organizacional, las condiciones laborales, el equilibrio vida-trabajo y el bienestar general influyen en el desempeño y la productividad del personal. Los hallazgos permitirán proponer estrategias que fortalezcan tanto la satisfacción laboral como la eficiencia operativa dentro de la institución.
