’Paper Boys’ is the story of three young boys who went missing, and were believed to be kidnapped while on their paper route. The boys had been featured on milk cartons all over the United States, which had been a new program created in the ’80s, where missing children’s photos and information were shown on the cartons, in hopes that someone would recognize them.
