Pablo Visits the Ocean is the sequel to Mary Wisham Fenstermacher’s initial book Pablo Visits theDesert (A USA Book News, Best Books AWARD FINALIST, October 2010). As Mary researched these adorable birds called penguins, it became evident to her that the children of the world (and adults, too) needed to be informed that ~NOT ALL PENGUINS LIVE IN ANTARCTICA! Soon, Pablo the warm weather penguin came to life! Having survived his accidental adventure in the desert, Pablo and his friend Franco Flamingo are now on a journey to Maine with their animal trainer to experience life near the ocean. As in Pablo’s previous adventure, the curious bird discovers that even with the ’best laid plans’ something can go wrong.
