It provides how this is degrading many of the pillars and their foundation, all of which rests the future of our nation. These pillars are the Constitution, education, family, morality, natural resources, and military strength. Their foundation is built on rock-solid earth and is called the human mind. Our nation has many pressing issues that require immediate and continuing efforts to scum by a united nation that is the leader of peace, liberty, and freedom-for-all people, which is not realized by millions of people of the nation. Neither do they recognize the importance the proper educational public education is to the nation. Yes, the nation has many pressing issues that require immediate and continuing efforts to be overcome by the nation that is the leader of peace, liberty, and freedom for all people. However, not realized by millions of our people is that education is the primary pillar of our nation and the human mind is the foundation upon what this pillar rest. This book is devoted to the failings of our current public educational system. It begins with what education is, when it started and how, what education is today, and what are required (includes planning stage) to restructure the proper system, all important factors in the educational system stressing the teacher, the student’s responsibilities—what they are and their importance—all administration, explanation of the important factors of leadership and management in the educational process from the top down. The important factors are defined and thoroughly explained with regard to the following: (1) students receiving an excellent education, (2) high government officials participation, (3) detailed information on the human mind and its impotence in achieving a good education, (4) the vital importance of family involvement, (5) the 8Rs, and (6) the federal education’s budget, public opinions of today’s education, and much more. This book is devoted to the failings of our current public educational system. It begins with man’s beginning in becoming educated and throughout his history on this earth. It covers the development of the educational process and the different phases it went through. All the important factors that are needed for a good educational process are identified and by word as well as pictorially and in charts and tables, why they are important, and those that are lacking today, why and what, as well as how to overcome their current inadequacy. It discusses leadership and management, what they should be, as well as their absolute need to establish an excellent public educational system. It gives the framework of the plans that are required to develop the proper educational system for the nation and much more.
