Inhaltsangabe:Einleitung: Die Diplomarbeit „Optimierung des Umweltmanagementsystems durch Integration von Umweltinformationen in das System SAP R/3 in einem Betrieb der metallverarbeitenden Industrie“ ist eingebunden in ein Pilotprojekt zur Integration von Umweltbelangen in SAP R/3 bei einem Großunternehmen, durchgeführt von einer Beratungsgesellschaft (Auftragnehmer), unterstützt vom Unternehmensreferat für Betrieblichen Umweltschutz und dem Referat für Umweltschutz und Arbeitssicherheit des betreffenden Werks. Untersucht werden für den Beispielbetrieb die Möglichkeiten der Integration der unterstützenden Prozesse der Bereiche betrieblicher Umweltschutz und Arbeitssicherheit (Umweltgeschäftsprozesse) in die betriebswirtschaftliche Standardsoftware SAP R/3 sowie der Stoff- und Energiestrom- sowie Prozeßkostenbilanzierung aufbauend insbesondere auf den Daten des Systems SAP R/3 mit einer Bilanzierungssoftware (AUDIT). Die Integration von Umweltinformationen in SAP R/3 verfolgt die Zielsetzung, die Abläufe im bestehenden Umweltmanagementsystem zu optimieren, ein verbessertes Umweltcontrolling zu ermöglichen und die Grundlagen für eine Umweltkostenrechnung zu schaffen. Zur Erarbeitung eines Konzepts werden die Umweltgeschäftsprozesse im Betrieb und die im Einsatz befindlichen EDV-gestützten Umweltinformationssysteme beschrieben, analysiert und Schwachstellen aufgezeigt. Die Kostenrechnung am Standort wird hinsichtlich der Eignung für eine Umweltkostenrechnung untersucht. Als Grundlage für die Stoff- und Energiestrombilanzierung werden das System SAP R/3 sowie weitere am Standort eingesetzte EDV-Programme hinsichtlich vorhandener Umweltdaten – Roh-, Hilfs - und Betriebsstoffe, Wasser, Abwasser, Abfälle und Emissionen – analysiert und Datenlücken aufgezeigt. Für eine Anlagenkomponente wird beispielhaft eine Prozeßbilanz mit der Software AUDIT durchgeführt und die Abbildbarkeit der in SAP R/3 hinterlegten Strukturen mit AUDIT demonstriert.
