Schools are the nurseries of the nation, and teachers are the architects of the future-statements that are not mere metaphors but deeply meaningful truths. Education is one of the most important institutional foundations of any country and plays a pivotal role in national development. It enables a nation to stand on its own and progress. The field of education is regarded as one of the most respected domains and has become essential in shaping individuals into knowledgeable, well-mannered, and skilled members of society. Within this context, it becomes crucial to study the key element of this system-the teacher-who shapes the future of students. In the realm of human endeavour, there is arguably no profession more significant than that of a teacher. Teachers play an essential role in bringing about the desired change and improvement within the educational process. They are the primary agents through whom educational plans are implemented, and their responsibility is deeply connected to the educational goals, societal values, and collective aspirations of the community. It is therefore necessary to sustain a strong motivational system to ensure teachers carry out their responsibilities with commitment and enthusiasm. Teachers are directly responsible for ensuring quality education, promoting learning, and fostering positive attitudes and values among students, including those in B-Schools. Teaching, however, can be both rewarding and challenging, requiring dedication, patience, and continuous effort.
