L’objectif de cette étude est d’examiner les idéaux sociaux des futurs enseignants. À l’aide d’un questionnaire, l’étude a interrogé 50 étudiants en formation d’enseignants de l’Islamabad Model College for boy’s street no, 17, I-10/1. Le questionnaire portait sur les valeurs sociales des participants, notamment leurs opinions sur le multiculturalisme, la justice sociale et l’équité en matière d’éducation. Les résultats de l’étude montrent que la majorité des participants ont des idéaux sociaux forts et sont tout à fait d’accord sur les questions de justice sociale et d’équité. Les résultats soulèvent également la possibilité que certains participants aient des idées préconçues sur les différentes races et ethnies. L’étude conclut que pour préparer les futurs éducateurs à faire progresser la justice sociale et l’équité dans la salle de classe, les programmes de formation des enseignants devraient être créés en tenant compte de valeurs sociales positives.
