Investigar o processo para uma cultura híbrida no que diz respeito à construção da concepção de gênero nos Boletins de Educação do MST e nas memórias de alguns de seus militantes que atuam nos setores de educação e de gênero é o objetivo desta pesquisa. O estudo buscou identificar como as representações sobre as questões de gênero se apresentam nos Boletins de Educação publicados entre os anos de 1992 (aparecimento do primeiro boletim) até 2014. O trabalho procura entender como as lutas sobre as questões de gênero, as pesquisas educacionais sobre este campo, os Boletins de Educação do MST e os sujeitos da ação pedagógica (uma Professora, um professor, duas militantes ligadas ao Setor de Gênero e Educação) produziram um processo híbrido na perspectiva de Canclini (2011), que revela uma concepção de gênero a ser implementada nas escolas de Assentamentos e Acampamentos do MST. 10
