Introdução: O Serviço de Endoscopia é um setor que pode ser independente ou fazer parte de uma unidade de saúde com a finalidade de realizar exames de diagnóstico e tratamento de doenças gastrointestinais. Justificativa: Os endoscópios são equipamentos complexos e de alto custo e podem ser reprocessados para que sejam utilizados em vários pacientes, entretanto isso deve ser realizado de forma segura. Objetivo: O objetivo do estudo é propor uma ferramenta didática e pedagógica acerca do reprocessamento de endoscópios para os discentes do curso técnico em enfermagem. Metodologia: Trata-se de um estudo de campo descritivo. A coleta de dados ocorreu em fevereiro de 2021. Participaram da avaliação do produto 38 estudantes do curso técnico em enfermagem, com a validação de seis profissionais enfermeiros com experiência em reprocessamento de endoscópios. Resultados: Os dados foram analisados por meio da Análise de Conteúdo e evidenciou-se que a ferramenta didático-pedagógica, desenvolvida em formato de videoaula, mostrou-se eficiente. A dissertação foi fundamentada pela Teoria de Piaget de que métodos criativos contribuem para a construção do conhecimento.
