Nohow Robotics, Jim Scott Book #31, introduces some new characters, and it also brings back Jim Scott and some of his friends. A long-time evil and ruthless American cartel is primed to make a major move using an Army of androids, but a computer analyst working under contract for the government stumbles onto the tip of their operation.
