No final deste livro, os alunos serão capazes de compreender as técnicas de raciocínio, representação do conhecimento e aprendizagem da inteligência artificial, avaliar os pontos fortes e fracos destas técnicas e a sua aplicabilidade a diferentes tarefas. Avaliar o papel da IA na compreensão da inteligência e da perceção e conhecer os fundamentos das técnicas de programação da inteligência artificial num módulo de linguagem de programação moderna.
