I decided to write this book, because Singapore is not on the radar when people in the United States talk about must-see travel destinations, and it should be! Singapore is a very modern cosmopolitan city, with a Financial District rivaling Wall Street, and more importantly, it is a culturally diverse city where the influence of Malaysia, India, and China blends with the modern influences to create a City-State of unparalleled charms. Additionally, there is much to see and do in Singapore for a tourist, so I wholeheartedly recommend that you consider putting it on your list of future travel and vacation destinations.
