Dans cet ouvrage, un système à base de nanoparticules lipidiques solides (SLN) a été développé pour une incorporation efficace et une libération persistante de BH. Un plan de Box-Behnken à 3 facteurs et 2 niveaux a été utilisé pour optimiser les paramètres du processus, notamment le triglycéride (A), le Tween 20 (B) et le Span 40 (C). Quatre variables dépendantes, à savoir la taille des particules, le % CDR, le % d’efficacité de piégeage et la viscosité de la phase aqueuse, ont été mesurées en tant que réponses. Des équations mathématiques et des diagrammes de surface de réponse ont été utilisés pour relier les variables dépendantes et indépendantes à l’aide du logiciel Design-Expert (DX9).
