L’obiettivo del presente studio è quello di prolungare il rilascio del principio attivo nelle nanoparticelle utilizzando tensioattivi naturali (Sapindus trifoliatus Linn, Hibiscus rosasinensis, Basella Alba L. e Acacia concinna) in grado di veicolare efficacemente il farmaco per un periodo di tempo prolungato, riducendo così non solo gli effetti collaterali sistemici, ma anche migliorando l’efficacia terapeutica e la compliance dei pazienti. Le formulazioni ottimizzate sono state studiate per quanto riguarda la dimensione delle particelle, la forma, la capacità di carico del farmaco, la percentuale di resa, la viscosità della fase esterna, la percentuale di CDR, l’HPLC, il SEM, il FTIR, gli spettri DSC e il disegno Box-Behnken.
