La validité de notre méthode a été démontrée. La mise en routine a été testée avec succès sur 16 préparations pédiatriques de cellcept. Pour l’étude de compatibilité physico-chimique, l’oméprazole et le méthylprednisolone ont présenté un changement de couleur avec apparition de précipité. D’autres mélanges médicamenteux ont présenté une variation significative du pH sans trouble visuel apparent. Discussion: Ce travail participe à la sécurisation du circuit du cellcept® dans notre centre mais il présente certaines limites. En effet, d’autres testes peuvent être réalisés pour renforcer nos résultats à savoir la turbidimétrie et le développement d’une méthode de dosage séparatrice. Cette étude peut être envisagée avec d’autres médicaments, tout en l’améliorant avec les tests complémentaires proposés, afin d’essayer de sécuriser leurs circuits.
