Em busca de cura para sua depressão, o personagem fictício de Ingrid volta ao passado através de Regressão, e se encontra no corpo da figurinista Catarina, que logo inicia um tempestuoso relacionamento com Mozart, desencadeando assim uma série de eventos inesperados. A obsessão sem fronteiras da voluptuosa italiana lhe trazem os dias mais felizes de sua vida, mas também as noites mais repletas de melancolia e desespero. Por conta dos vestígios desse amor louco, Catarina jamais poderia imaginar que seria a responsável por selar o precoce e trágico fim da eterna criança prodígio.
