Akademische Arbeit aus dem Jahr 2008 im Fachbereich BWL - Personal und Organisation, Note: 2, , Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die Entstehung von modernen motivationstheoretischen Ansätzen in Bezug auf das Arbeitsverhältnis begann um 1930 als Gegenbewegung zum Taylorismus. Das mechanische Menschenbild des Taylorismus wurde seitdem zugunsten der Vorstellung des Menschens als „sozial motiviertes Gruppenwesen' verdrängt. Bis heute gibt es keine universale, allgemein akzeptierte Motivationstheorie, die umfassend, exakt, empirisch belegt und abschließend erklären kann, wie menschliches Verhalten in Organisationen zielgerichtet beeinflusst und gesteuert werden kann. Nach vielen Forschungsbemühungen, insbesondere in den 1950er - 1970er Jahren, stellt sich der aktuelle Stand der Wissenschaft so dar, dass es heute eine ganze Reihe unterschiedlicher Arten von Motivationstheorien, verteilt auf verschiedene akademische Fächer, gibt. Dabei handelt es sich leider nicht um ganzheitliche, belegte, in sich völlig abgeschlossene Theorien, sondern nur um Erklärungsansätze, die je nach Forscher, Auslegung, Kulturkreis, Zeitgeist, etc., auf verschiedenen Annahmen basieren. Die bekanntesten Vertreter der motivationstheoretischen Ansätze lassen sich in den Wirtschaftswissenschaften im Wesentlichen in drei Klassen einteilen. Diese sind: - Die Inhaltstheorien. - Die Prozesstheorien. - Die Aktionstheorien.
